Terms of Use

In order to add a newsletter to TechNewsletters.com, you must accept all of the conditions listed below.

• Within every newsletter there must be unsubscribe information that allows the reader to unsubscribe by email.
• All newsletters must be opt-in. All newsletters must publish content of interest to the business of the IT Professional.
• All subscribers sent to the newsletter owners by TechNewsletters.com must only be used to facilitate the subscription to the newsletter that has been requested. The email addresses should not be used or sold for use in any other purpose without the consent of the subscriber.
  
• All newsletters must exist. You must have a subscriber base of at least 1000.
  
• You must provide an accurate description of your newsletter.
  
• We reserve the right to deny any newsletter's entry into this directory. We will notify the newsletter owner if this occurs.
  
• You must provide a current mailing address, phone number and email address. If email to you bounces frequently we will have to suspend your listing. This is an automated system and requires that all email address be current at all times. We realize that technical difficulties and the inconsistencies of the Internet can cause some email to bounce from time to time.
  
• You must provide a link to TechNewsletters.com either from your web site or on your confirmation of subscription (thank you for your subscription) page.
  
• You must provide announcements of your association with TechNewsletters.com within three issues of your newsletter within the first six months of being listed on the site.
